Since being on this trip, I’ve been finding it hard to breath especially when I am in tight and hot spaces, my glands swell up and my nose is officially blocked. So I made the right choice and go to Danny the cook, because she is such a great doctor and gave me some great tips. Which of course worked.
 

We also had a man over board drill today, which we haven’t had in a long time that was most refreshing.
