Jambo, What a wonderful, no better than wonderful day…it is an excellent day…. a school of dolphins romped and played in the morning sun…banana pancakes, sausages, orange juice, cereal and milk was the fare being served in the galley…Gina is busy baking sweet goodies for the afternoon…and I have planned bar-b-que ribs, potato salad, baked beans, bar-b-que tofu, and beef strips for my non-pork eaters…I am having a wonderful time enjoying the sun, waves, and smell of the ocean…all is well with the world….

Bon appetite

Greeting once again from the galley

So after having an excellent lunch prepared by Gina…and please note I never sit down to eat ( I had seconds how yummy)…but having a second chef aboard is truly a treat…it was an amazing Mexican affair build your own Burritio…Right before lunch we spotted two beautiful Ahi (tuna)… maybe next time….our fisherman was aloft…and it would have been sad to break up the pair… Safe for another day…

We seemed to have misplaced the paper towels…but the search is on and I know they are lurking about under someone’s bunk….and I must thank Don for the ginger…it has really been a life saving for everyone aboard…

Bon appetite
