While in Maine, eat lobsters... E-mail

Another beautiful day in Portland Maine! So far it’s been a great day to compliment our time here in Maine; the sun is shining and air is cool. To start off the day the crew was treated to breakfast from Hashim and now is back aboard giving deck tours the same as it’s been since our arrival on Thursday. We are looking forward to an afternoon sail today and perhaps more chowder as we have been enjoying. However I’m still recovering from our lobstah feast the other evening when our Chef David prepared 17 bugs of which I claimed 2!

Well, just a few more days left here in Portland, I’ll be sad to leave but there’s still more to sea! What for the recreational stuff next? Well, there’s the old island batteries that I’m interested in, there is a particularly interesting steam engine tour train, or another chance to go sailing on the cutter sloop “Frances” that me and some of the boys sort of took over on Friday! We’re sailors, why not go sailing?!
