Hello my dears, Today is a fine day to be Blog but I must admit to you my adoring fans (yes I say that with all the big headed fun stuff…) that today I find my self with a lack of a solid subject and to make things even worse my talent of plucking titles out of the ether is starting to wane. Which causes two words to come to mind and they are in bold may I say NOT GOOD!

Ok so class has just finished say ten minutes ago and it was a combination of talks of Sam’s situation with him not being with us to Charleston. There was many a talk of simply hijacking the ship (which would be hard since we are the crew) and turning round, which I thought sounded so funny, especially when Johnny was saying it, he was just serious about the idea and I loved it. Also in class we had a presentation on a book ‘Beyond the legacy of slavery’, a fine little book by a Mr. Bertram Charles who we met while in our pit stop in St Croix. (See even breaks on this ship can help our cause) The book sounded like a fantastic read and not a huge lengthy one to so anyone could easily pick it up and read it, which I intend on doing myself and if were to look at other crews Blogs for today I’m sure you will find the information about the author.

Oh and to let you know how the condition of my back is doing at the moment. Well it aint good, its still a pain and it’s a very real pain which is kind of a cause for concern on many levels for my self obviously, and off course Ben with him being our medical officer and lastly Eliza being the captain and all. She has to know these things. Ok so I hoped to enjoyed today’s entry and I look forward as always to the next time, now if you would excuse me I have medication for that problem of mine and I know some people would love to use this laptop.
