New Haven Public Schools is partnering with AMISTAD America, Inc. and the Community Foundation of New Haven to provide teachers and students with some new educational resources that will increase New Haven students' understanding of the transatlantic slave trade, abolition, freedom, and the Amistad Incident of 1839.
